Lisa Ware has performed professionally both nationally and internationally, from the intimate theatre to renowned companies like Ice Capades and Disney on Ice. She has choreographed for world professionals and numerous productions, including The Nutcracker on Ice, The Osmond Brothers Family Show, and various TV specials.

A guest choreographer and presenter of her workshop, "Skating as an Expressive Art," Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the University of Washington and has three USFS gold medals.
Lisa considers her greatest achievement to be her 20-year directorship at Sno-King Kirkland, where she is committed to creating opportunities and making a difference in the lives of others through skating. "Ice" is her medium to promote personal discovery and learning to love the process.

Karen Siedenburg serves as artistic director for Ice Arts Northwest, where her passion for dance beautifully merges with the artistic expression of skating. Karen Siedenburg serves as artistic director for Ice Arts Northwest, where her passion for dance beautifully merges with the artistic expression of skating. She has an extensive background choreographing and performing in diverse artistic skating pieces, from solos and duets to large group numbers. Her work has been showcased at events like the American Contemporary Skating Festival in Boston, as well as numerous local exhibitions. Karen also coaches and choreographs at Sno-King Kirkland. A highly accomplished skater, she is the 2017 National Solo Dance Final Champion and holds six U.S. Figure Skating Gold Medals. Outside of her skating endeavors, Karen cherishes time spent with family and friends.

Her work centers on one simple mission: helping people reconnect with their inner creative child through the joy of movement and expression. Whether coaching on the ice, choreographing for the stage, or performing herself, she believes in the transformative power of play and artistic exploration.

Mija Trimble (nee Bishop) started dancing at the age of six in Hiroshima, Japan. While directing and teaching have now become her main focus, Mija still enjoys performing by collaborating with local musicians and artists, and has been featured in numerous shows and music videos.

What brings her to our project is her music: Alicia is a singer/songwriter with a band on Whidbey Island called Local Secrets (localsecretsband.com) She has been writing music since she was seven years old. Her band is currently recording an album that will hopefully debut on Spotify before the end of the year. She is also a painter, (moon-housestudio.com)and is currently the director of the Whidbey Working Artists Studio Tour (whidbeyworkingartists.com).

Keenan Prochnow is a professional figure skater and coach from the Chicago area. He began his skating journey at age six, competing in men's freestyle before transitioning to pairs at sixteen. A decorated athlete, Keenan was the 2019 Junior Pairs National Champion and a five-time national medalist. He proudly represented Team USA from 2017 to 2021, competing at numerous international events on the Junior Grand Prix circuit and achieving a 6th place overall finish at the 2019 ISU Junior World Championships. After retiring from competitive skating, Keenan performed with professional skating companies in shows across the USA and Europe. He is a two-time USFSA gold medalist and a USFSA certified coach, specializing in freestyle, power skating/skating skills, and pairs.

Her achievements include being a three-time National Showcase medalist, National Qualifying Series Medalist, Sectional Medalist, and a two-time USFSA Gold Medalist. Beyond the ice, Emma is dedicated to her music studies in college, actively pursuing a career in the performing arts.
